About This Role
Working in a factory setting, the factory worker assists with daily operations from receiving goods to preparing orders for delivery. This role suits a physically fit and responsible individual who is willing to learn and work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and arrange incoming goods and raw materials in the warehouse
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for customer orders and deliveries
- Load and unload goods safely, including cartons, liquid soap products, cleaning detergents, and hotel amenities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts
- Ensure products are stored properly and warehouse stock is organized
- Inspect goods for damage, leakage, or discrepancies during receiving and packing
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe at all times
- Assist with stock transfers, loading arrangements, and delivery preparation
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company operational guidelines
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Malaysian only
- Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply
- Physically fit and able to lift and move cartons or goods when required
- Responsible, punctual, honest, and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be willing to learn and follow instructions
Nice to have:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Basic computer skills for stock recording and documentation
