About This Role
This factory machine operator role involves working as a specialist employee for Will Group, handling manufacturing operations in client company production sites. The work includes operating manufacturing and processing machinery, inspection, packaging, sorting, and maintenance checks. This role may expand to include process management, team leadership, or overseeing multiple teams, contributing to the smooth operation of client production activities.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing and processing machinery
- Conduct inspections, packaging, and sorting
- Perform maintenance and inspection tasks
- Take on roles in process management, team leadership, or overseeing multiple teams as experience grows
- Prepare bottles and perform visual inspections in cosmetic filling and finishing processes
- Manufacture, inspect, package, and sort food and confectionery products
- Operate NC lathes (material supply and operation for automatically controlled cutting machines) in metal parts factories
- Perform assembly tasks (installing parts and wiring using power tools) in automobile body factories
- Provide work guidance and labor management for temporary staff and part-time workers
- Propose production status and site improvements to client representatives and collaborate as a partner
- Acquire a series of manufacturing process operations to become a craftsman focusing on repetitive tasks
- Gain specialized knowledge and management skills to become a site leader ensuring stable production
- Become a dedicated manufacturing specialist residing at the client site to manage production, labor, and site improvements
- Transition careers to a coordinator supporting workers beyond the manufacturing site
- Change careers to a different industry by transferring to another division or group company in sales, construction, nursing care, call center, or IT engineering
Requirements
- No experience required (approximately 70% of placements do not require prior manufacturing experience)
- Practical experience in manufacturing, qualified work, or work instruction (welcome)
