Position Overview Facility Registered Nurse – Full Time with Benefits The Facility RN provides pediatric nursing care in a vibrant Day Health Center, overseeing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing services. They supervise LPNs and ancillary staff, ensuring quality patient care. This role offers opportunities to develop specialized pediatric nursing skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and document patient status through ongoing assessment.
- Prioritize patient care needs to ensure quality nursing services.
- Implement physician’s orders and communicate changes in patient conditions.
- Document all nursing care provided.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active PA Nursing License.
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification (obtained during orientation).
- Knowledge and experience with home ventilators and tracheostomies are advantageous for additional compensation.
Key Duties & Benefits
- Work three 12-hour day shifts weekly, Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
