Job Description
- Facility & MEP Maintenance:
- Oversee, inspect, and handle routine maintenance and troubleshooting for all facility and MEP systems
- Analyze operational issues, gather necessary data, and propose effective technical solutions/options to fix facility problems.
- Planning & Execution:
- Plan, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Make data-driven decisions and technical recommendations for facility improvements and resource allocation.
- Site Visits & Travel:
- Conduct site visits across various locations to inspect facilities, manage contractor work, and resolve on-site issues.
- Travel to provincial sites with overnight stays as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in facility management, MEP engineering, or building systems maintenance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, data gathering, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multi-site facilities efficiently.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
- Willing and able to travel and stay overnight in other provinces as needed.
