Role snapshot

• Location: Onsite in Bridgman, MI
• Engagement: Short-term contract beginning mid-September through approximately mid-October
• Reporting: Utility Supervisor
• Schedule: Includes overtime

What you’ll do

• Sweep, dust, and remove debris from floors, adjacent rooms, ramps, and walkways using established custodial methods.
• Empty trash receptacles; replace liners consistently.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms—fixtures, toilets, and sinks—end to end.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and maintain disinfectant dispensers.
• Support a healthy environment by selecting appropriate products and techniques.
• Use labeled chemicals correctly; place wet floor signs; report any hazards immediately.
• Adhere to all company/site procedures and safety expectations.

What it takes to succeed

• High School Diploma or educational equivalent (High School / GED).
• 18 years or older.
• Local to the Bridgman, MI area.
• Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing.

Compensation and benefits

• Estimated base pay: $16/hour to $17/hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills. We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices.
