Facilities Supervisor

About This Role

Facilities supervisors are master multitaskers and quality-of-life improvers, providing supervision and coordinating activities of workers engaged in facilities operations or services. The role suits a team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable candidate who nurtures a healthy and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at larger complex facilities or locations in commercial, health care, schools, universities, or other establishments
• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements

Requirements

• 1 or more years of related work experience
• Possess a valid driver

• Schedule: Afternoon/evening shifts/overnights, varying days, and some weekends/holidays
