About the role
Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Working Location: Islandwide
Contract: 2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations across assigned sites
- Manage and lead facilities management personnel, contractors and specialist vendors
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Manage emergency incidents, fault recovery and operational continuity
- Ensure contractual response, recovery timelines and service KPIs are achieved
- Lead root cause investigations for system failures and operational incidents
- Oversee asset lifecycle, system health and obsolescence management
- Manage work proposals and technical submissions
- Coordinate statutory inspections and certifications
- Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, quality and safety requirements
- Support facility transition, asset handover and mobilisation activities
- Manage stakeholders and maintain high standards of service delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IFM or facilities operations experience
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders/service providers
- Strong experience in operational incident management and service recovery
- Experience in asset lifecycle management, condition assessments and obsolescence management
- Familiarity with technical proposal preparation and CMMS/maintenance management systems
- Experience within government facilities, data centres, critical infrastructure or other mission-critical environments will be advantageous
