Managing the Wilmington, NC facility is the core of this role, ensuring that the building, grounds, and all facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related matters, supervises maintenance activities, and provides proactive planning to support current operations and future expansion. It relieves operational leadership of day-to-day building management responsibilities while maintaining high standards for employee safety, operational continuity, and asset preservation.
