You will be working in the Building Services OU, on a long term MoD, PFI contract near Watford where we are responsible for complete facilities management for the covering all non-military support including, soft services & hard services.
We are currently looking for a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator who will co-ordinate and manage all reactive maintenance trackers and reactive records on the provided Information Management Systems, databases and CAFM system
As The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, You Will
- Manage, review and apply contractual KPI triage on reactive maintenance tasks to support critical task management and monthly reporting.
- Systematic processing of all paper, electronic records and documentation associated with A&E ops delivery activities.
- Issue, receive, and file all A&E ops completion paperwork and reports.
- Ensure filing structures both electronic and paper are maintained to support contractual evidencing of compliance for key stakeholders and the client alike.
- Prepare data for trend analysis on reactive maintenance including monthly dashboards to support the Senior Document Controller with performance monitoring and reporting.
- The provision of accurate reporting information to management in the following key areas; A&E operational delivery, contractual reporting for Client and Skanska OU requirements.
- Run reports for various data sets and management information (MI) derived from the CAFM and other IT platforms
We Are Looking For
- Communication: providing documents and reports that are clear, precise and understandable when presenting Data
- Experience using CAFM Databases (e.g. Concept Evolution)
- Highly versatile with Microsoft Excel and experience with O365 applications
- Problem solving/analysis: understanding of complex issues and problems and ability to form practical/pragmatic solutions.
- Team working: used to working in teams, displaying a flexible and constructive attitude
