About the role
Champion Hills Club, located in Hendersonville, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Associate! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture
- Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor
- Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or two years of related experience associated with building maintenance
Other Qualifications:
- Knowledge of operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment
- Regular and reliable attendance
