Job Scope:
- Manage and coordinate preventive and corrective facilities maintenance activities across assigned sites.
- Assist in maintenance planning, daily service coordination and monitoring of facilities operations.
- Coordinate fault response, emergency activation and service recovery activities when required.
- Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure works are completed according to required standards and timelines.
- Conduct routine site inspections, condition assessments and maintenance checks.
- Identify and follow up on maintenance issues, technical faults and service deficiencies.
- Support incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Prepare maintenance reports, operational updates, work proposals and other project documentation.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, asset inventories and asset databases.
- Assist with statutory inspections and ensure maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and requirements.
- Support contractor supervision and ensure proper work procedures are followed.
- Assist with the preparation and management of work scopes, schedules and technical requirements.
- Support mobilisation, transition and other facilities management activities when required.
- Perform any other duties related to facilities operations and maintenance as assigned.
Requirement:

Diploma / Higher NITEC in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Built Environment or a related discipline.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant facilities management, building maintenance or engineering experience.

Candidates with experience in facilities maintenance, contractor management, site operations or technical services are encouraged to apply.

Experience in incident reporting, root cause analysis, work proposal preparation and asset inventory management will be an advantage.

Familiarity with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) or other maintenance management systems is preferred.

Candidates with MSD System Integrator accreditation or prior experience supporting security systems within protected facilities will have an added advantage.

Willing to work across different assigned sites in Singapore.
