About the role
Join a dynamic Facilities team responsible for maintaining and improving manufacturing and office buildings, utilities, and equipment. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and system improvements on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment to ensure optimal facility operations. Key duties include troubleshooting equipment failures, conducting failure analysis, and participating in reliability-centered maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability. You will also evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades, support safety policies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications Include
- Completion of a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Desired 3 years of facilities-related experience (industrial or heavy commercial)
- Knowledge of electrical systems, building management systems, and mechanical equipment such as HVAC, pumps, and piping
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills
- Ability to work physically in various environments, including high activity areas, and to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Commitment to safety, continuous learning, and teamwork
