Facilities Director

About This Role

This leadership role involves overseeing the operation and stewardship of the maintenance department, campus facilities, grounds, infrastructure, and building systems. The Facilities Director will support the mission of service, respect, and care for others, leading a dedicated team and fostering a beautiful, sustainable campus environment.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of facilities, maintenance, construction, engineering, or related leadership experience
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Experience with building systems, infrastructure, compliance, capital projects, budgets, and vendor management
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms and a passion for using technology to keep facilities safe, efficient, and well-maintained
• Compassion for serving older adults and enhancing their quality of life
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license required
