Fabricator

About This Role

Working as a fabricator involves assembling projects based on shop prints, including structural steel, architectural metals, tanks, frames, skids, and field work. This role suits a highly skilled welder who wants to be part of a team that values and appreciates their contributions.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of a team in order to achieve the goal
• Conduct yourself in accordance with the mission, vision, and values
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using GMAW, FACW, FCAW-G, TIG, and SMAW processes
• Work both in the field and in the shop
• Read and interpret shop prints, engineering drawings, and weld symbols to ensure accurate fabrication
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Conduct inspections and maintain weld quality in compliance within our QMS
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Continuously improve, learn, and grow both personally and professionally
• Run forklift and shop equipment safely
• Work 40 hours per week, or more if needed
