岗位职责：1、熟悉了解公司的产品，解决客户关于产品咨询，完成销售相关工作2、开展市场调研、分析工作，及时向事业部反馈市场情况；3、完成各种市场推广工作，如专业展销会、行业协会培训等；4、收集并整理客户反馈，特别是客户投诉，提交至事业部进行分析；5、做好渠道商管理工作（适用时）和同行交流工作；6、事业部或公司安排的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、生物技术、生物工程、药学相关专业，大专及以上学历 2、理解并熟悉生物制药市场情况，有生物药企业研发、工艺开发、生产等部门销售经验，在行业内有一定的客户基础； 3、执行力强，能接受较高频次的拜访及部分出差，有驾驶经验优先； 4、学习能力和应变能力强； 5、特别优秀者可破格录取。 可远程办公，定期需来常州总部汇报工作
