Job Description Role Purpose The Direct Marketing Manager for COG is responsible for the execution and optimization of direct response marketing campaigns across international markets. This role focuses on driving profitable growth through B2B2C affinity partnerships and direct-to-consumer channels, ensuring high-performance delivery through Telemarketing (TM), Direct Mail, and Email response mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end direct marketing campaigns, from lead segmentation and script development to final delivery and performance review.
• Telemarketing Optimization: Oversee international TM programs, focusing on Sales Per Hour (SPH), conversion rates, and script effectiveness.
• Partner Collaboration: Work closely with bank, retail, and telco partners to leverage customer databases for targeted acquisition and cross-sell initiatives.
• Vendor Management: Direct relationship management with external agencies and call center vendors to ensure operational excellence and brand alignment.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all direct marketing materials and scripts adhere to local regulatory requirements and Chubb’s Clear, Purposeful, Human brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in direct marketing or performance marketing roles.
• Proven track record in managing telemarketing or direct response operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaign tactics in real-time.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly in a matrixed international environment.
• Familiarity with insurance or highly regulated financial services sectors is preferred.
