JOB DESCRIPTION: EXTENDED DAY FACILITATORS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification, Master’s Degree or higher, with an endorsement in educational administration K-12
- Demonstrated successful administrative or supervisory experience in a senior high school environment preferred
- Demonstrated positive communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated technology skills preferred
- Experience working with online platforms is preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the instructional and administrative leader of the school
- Work with staff, students, and the community to ensure a high-quality educational program
- Provide leadership for an environment of high expectations for staff and students
- Support the use of technology to motivate and prepare students for the 21st century
- Provide a safe, orderly environment that facilitates learning
- Establish a positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors
SALARY: $50.00 per hour

SPECIAL NOTE : For employees starting work after the beginning date of the work term, the salary will be pro-rated and based on the number of contract days left in the school year, divided by the remaining months in the contract year.
