About This Role

This role involves training a leading foundational AI lab's language model by creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The position is ideal for an experienced healthcare operations manager who can apply their expertise to professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks across core healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Work on patient throughput and bed utilization models
• Develop care pathway and clinical workflow redesign proposals
• Design hospital service line performance dashboards
• Analyze payer contract and reimbursement decks
• Build staffing ratio and labor cost optimization models
• Generate quality and patient safety improvement reports

Requirements

• 5+ years in hospital or health system operations, care delivery redesign, or healthcare management consulting
• Direct ownership of patient throughput and service line performance work
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
