About This Role

This opportunity involves training a leading foundational AI lab's latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role suits an experienced Head of People who can create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated content across core HR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Work on job descriptions and interview scorecards
• Develop offer letters and compensation rationale
• Draft HR policy and handbooks
• Design performance-review templates
• Craft candidate-feedback and rejection communications
• Manage headcount and compensation-band trackers

Requirements

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Important Details

• Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
