What You'll Do
As a Home Instead Care Professional, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care that helps seniors remain safe and independent in their own homes.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Meal preparation and kitchen cleanup
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, and personal care
- Toileting and incontinence assistance
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation to appointments
- Running errands and grocery shopping
- Alzheimer's and dementia care
- Supporting clients' daily routines and independence

You can choose your day off!
- 7 Day Availability
- 4hr, 6hr, 8hr & 10hr Shifts
Typical Shifts (varies client to client):
- Mornings
- Afternoons
- Evenings
- Overnights

Qualifications
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have a reliable, insured vehicle
- Be willing to travel within 25 miles of home
- Be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- Be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and stoop as needed
- Be comfortable using basic technology (smartphone apps)
- Be willing to work weekends or every other weekend
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Have a good driving record/ pass a MVR (motor vehicle report)
