Precision Group is a Wellington-based, NZ-owned family company delivering quality trade services across plumbing, gasfitting, drainage, electrical, glazing, painting, roofing and asbestos removal. You'll join an experienced Drainage crew working on interesting, varied projects across the region, with the backing of a company that invests in its people.
We're now looking for an experienced Labourer to join our Drainage team, supporting our experienced drainlayers across residential and commercial sites in the Wellington region.

What you'll do:
- Assist our qualified drainlayers with the installation, repair and maintenance of drainage systems
- Dig, prepare and backfill trenches, and handle pipes and materials on site
- Help keep sites clean, tidy and safe for the whole crew
- Carry out general labouring duties across residential and commercial projects
- Work safely and efficiently, representing Precision Group professionally with our clients
Who we're looking for:
Essential:
- Current NZ Driver's Licence
- Physically fit and healthy, comfortable with manual labour and working outdoors in all weather
- A genuine, reliable work ethic - you turn up, work hard and take pride in the job
- Strong safety awareness - you follow the rules because you care, not because you have to
- Good communicator who works well in a team and independently
- NZ work rights (Citizens, Residents, and open work visa holders welcome)
Preferred (not required - we'll consider you without these):
- Previous labouring experience in drainage, civil or general construction
- Experience operating small plant or machinery
