Flooring Is Where Our Company Began.
Nearly 20 years ago, Ulrich Enterprises, LLC was founded by people who knew the flooring trade firsthand. Our owner and executive director started as flooring installers, doing the work themselves and building a company from that experience.
Today, we’re looking for two experienced flooring professionals to join our team in Oak Harbor, Washington.
Most of our flooring projects involve single-family homes, military housing, and multi-unit residential properties. Our primary work includes carpet, sheet vinyl, and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) installation.
We’re looking for people who know their trade, take pride in their workmanship, and can complete installations efficiently without sacrificing quality.
We also recognize that flooring expertise comes in many forms. If your experience goes beyond standard residential installation into tile, hardwood, laminate, or more specialized flooring projects, we want to hear from you. Broader skills and the ability to manage more complex installations independently create opportunities for higher compensation and additional responsibility.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer full-time, hourly employment, with compensation based on demonstrated installation experience, technical ability, and the variety of flooring projects you can independently perform.

Work Location and Requirements
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Oak Harbor, Washington, with work performed at properties throughout Oak Harbor and surrounding communities.
A significant portion of our work involves properties requiring authorized military installation access. Required screening and access approvals are conditions of applicable work assignments.
Flooring installation is physically demanding and includes lifting and handling materials, standing, bending, kneeling, and working in various residential environments, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
