EXPERIENCED CDL DRIVER RECRUITER WANTED! Greenville, SC | ON-SITE $50K-$65K + BONUS FOR EVERY DRIVER HIRED Full Benefits Package Are you an experienced CDL Driver Recruiter who knows how to find, qualify, and hire great OTR drivers?
I'm working with a well-established transportation company that is looking for an experienced recruiter to join their team.
This is not an entry-level recruiting position. They need someone who understands the trucking industry, knows where to find qualified Class A CDL drivers, and can take a driver from initial contact through the hiring process.
What You'll Be Doing
- Recruit and hire Class A CDL/OTR drivers - Develop and execute effective driver recruiting strategies - Source candidates through multiple channels, including job fairs and direct recruiting - Conduct interviews, screenings, background checks, and required verifications - Maintain strong communication with drivers throughout the recruiting process - Work closely with management to identify and fill driver needs - Recruit for multiple load types and operational requirements - Stay current on DOT regulations and transportation industry requirements - Utilize recruiting systems, computers, and communication tools effectively
What They're Looking For ✔️ 5+ years of OTR/CDL driver recruiting experience ✔️ Strong understanding of the trucking and transportation industry ✔️ Proven ability to find and attract qualified drivers ✔️ Experience with driver verification and background processes ✔️ Comfortable speaking with drivers and representing the company at job fairs ✔️ Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills ✔️ Ability to work on-site in Greenville, SC Compensation $50,000-$65,000 DOE + BONUS FOR EVERY DRIVER HIRED Full Benefits Package Included.
