Summary
Experienced Caregiver/CNA role providing compassionate, hands-on support to adults and seniors in Georgetown & Williamson County. Reports to a supervisory caregiver or program manager; focuses on ADLs assistance, personal care, and safety through first aid and CPR. Leverages home and community care expertise, dual license credentials, and strong manual handling skills to enable independence, memory care, and developmental disability support. Reliable, patient, and detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, person-centered care in residential or community settings.
Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to clients in Georgetown and Williamson County, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

Monitor and document changes in client condition, perform basic first aid, CPR when necessary, and ensure safety during transfers and appointments.

Maintain a clean and orderly living environment, including light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders as appropriate.

Support clients with cognitive or developmental needs, including memory care, and implement individualized care plans under supervision.

Communicate clearly with clients, families, and supervisors to coordinate care and ensure consistent, high-quality support.
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
