Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in both home and community settings. 24 hour case starting this week
Couple Care
Short Shifts 2-6 hours
Long Shifts 6-12 hours
Need: AM, PM, NOC, Weekdays & Weekends
We also offer short-stacked shifts with Milage reimbursement between clients.

Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Provide direct support in a home or community setting, fostering independence and promoting social interaction.
- Monitor patients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Engage clients in recreational activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary to assist clients with mobility or transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, enhancing their overall quality of life.
Qualifications
- 1 year of verifiable professional caregiving experience - NO IHSS
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on compassion and patience.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Able to push/pull/lift 50 lbs minimum
- Knowledge of home community care practices is a plus.
- Certification in CPR is required, but we can help you obtain this.
- Previous experience in hospice care or patient monitoring is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
