About the role
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end user experience (UX) strategy, research, and service design for a large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiative.
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and usability testing to understand user needs and improve digital experiences.
Create user journeys, personas, service blueprints, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows.
Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and vendors to deliver user-centered solutions.
Translate complex business processes and user feedback into intuitive, accessible, and scalable design solutions.
Establish UX standards, accessibility guidelines, design patterns, and experience quality metrics.
Review and provide guidance on design deliverables to ensure alignment with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging user research, analytics, and usability insights to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Support AI-enabled product experiences and identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and intelligent design.
Present design recommendations, research findings, and strategic insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
