As a Executive, Telemarketing (Hospitality & Entertainment industry). you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Help carry out telemarketing campaigns and daily customer outreach activities
- Support the Business Development team in finding potential customers and target groups
- Make outbound calls and follow up with customers to promote services and collect feedback
- Work with other departments on promotions, events, and customer service activities
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results, and report feedback to improve services and campaign performance
- Ensure all telemarketing activities follow company policies, regulations, and compliance standards at all times
Requirements:
- Possess a min in Diploma in any relevant fields.
