Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for executive, associate, and entry-level positions
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to proactively identify and engage with top talent
• Create compelling content and job postings to effectively market open positions to the public
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they align with company culture and role requirements
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in executive, associate, and entry-level hiring
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Strong content writing and marketing skills to promote job opportunities effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
