About This Role

An Executive Recruiter manages the entire recruitment process for senior and niche positions, from defining the role to managing the offer. This role involves building talent pipelines, conducting market research, and using various channels to find high-caliber candidates. It suits a recruitment professional who can collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to meet hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche positions, including role scoping, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines
• Conduct market and industry research
• Leverage multiple channels such as professional networks, job boards, and social platforms to identify high-caliber candidates
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
• Provide consultative insights
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain accurate recruitment data
• Prepare search reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement of search strategies and processes

Requirements

• Strong skills in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for senior and specialized roles
• Ability to conduct structured research on industries, roles, and talent pools, and to use data and insights to inform search strategies
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, CRM systems) and leveraging professional networks for talent acquisition
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both clients and candidates professionally
• Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple searches simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruiting
• Commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices, and to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all interactions
