About This Role
Recruiting executive-level healthcare professionals is the core of this fast-paced role, which requires consistent daily activity, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This is a relationship-driven position focused on building long-term candidate pipelines rather than high-volume requisition churning.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in interim healthcare leadership, executive search, physician locum tenens, or nurse staffing
- Experience recruiting healthcare executives and leaders, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with C-suite and senior-level healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated experience with high-volume outbound recruiting, including frequent calls, texts, emails, sourcing, and candidate follow-up
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and develop a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills, with the persistence to engage candidates through the entire recruitment process
- Ability to manage multiple open positions, candidates, and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization
- A strong work ethic and self-motivation, with the ability to consistently execute daily recruiting activity and follow-up without close supervision
- A goal-oriented, results-driven mindset with motivation to meet activity, placement, and revenue goals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Experience working in a recruiting CRM/ATS and maintaining accurate candidate and recruiting data
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing resumes, references, credentials, employment history, compensation, and candidate submissions
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining consistent productivity, communication, and professionalism
- Comfort working in an environment with changing priorities, time-sensitive opportunities, and the urgency associated with healthcare interim executive recruiting
- A genuine interest in building long-term candidate relationships, not simply filling individual job openings
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant healthcare recruiting experience will be considered
- Candidates are required to provide a reliable internet connection, phone service, and establish a dedicated, professional, and quiet workspace within their residence
- Candidates residing in Alaska, California, Colorado, Maine, Montana, New York, or Washington will not be considered for this position
