About This Role
This executive recruiting role focuses on hiring leaders at the Director level and above across all functions globally. The successful candidate will join the Head of Executive Recruiting to build and own the leadership hiring process, working closely on the most senior searches within the company.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end executive search for Director-level and above roles across Legora's functions globally, running rigorous processes that maintain a high talent bar
- Partner with external executive search firms on select senior hires, ensuring consistent hiring standards whether the process is internal or external
- Establish scorecards, assessment frameworks, and candidate experience protocols to scale senior hiring from the ground up
- Build relationships across the investor talent community, identifying senior talent and staying connected with top leaders in the market
- Develop a strong external network across relevant functions and geographies, forming relationships with senior talent proactively
- Elevate the standard of senior hiring across the broader TA team, sharing insights and supporting recruiters on complex searches
- Partner with reward, legal, and people operations to ensure offer processes for hires move with the speed and discretion expected by candidates at this level
Requirements
- Track record in executive recruiting in-house at a high-growth, VC-backed tech company, with experience hiring at Director level and understanding the nuances of that process
- Ability to hold credible conversations with senior leaders about functional team building and effective leadership
- Established relationships in the investor talent community or a proven ability to build them quickly
- Experience briefing and managing external search firms effectively
- Ability to establish credibility quickly, handle confidential information properly, and communicate honestly with candidates
