This executive physician recruiter role is responsible for developing and executing proactive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified physicians and other executive-level clinical talent to the University Medical Center. The role serves as a strategic recruiting partner to physician leaders, executive search chairs, and search committees to understand current and future workforce needs and build sustainable talent pipelines. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle with an emphasis on talent mapping, passive candidate sourcing, relationship development, and long-term pipeline management.
