About the role
This position will start off as 6 months renewable contract.
Location:
Nanyang Technological University, at Boon Lay/Pioneer
Duties:
Gift Processing: Accurately enter and classify donations in the database, ensuring compliance with donor intent
Acknowledgment: Generate and send timely thank-you letters to donors, enhancing satisfaction and engagement
Data Management: Maintain and update donor records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Process Improvement: Work closely with fundraising teams to support campaigns and initiatives and improve processes to meet the fundraising needs
Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security protocols
Working Hour:
Mon to Thu: 8.30am–5.45pm, Fri: 8.30am–5.15pm
Work-From-Home arrangement: One day/week
Salary:
$3000-$3500
