Job Responsibilities
- Perform Fabric and Garment tests as per Buyer Method/ISO/AATCC/ASTM standards;
- Prepare and review test reports accurately and on time;
- Manage samples — receiving, tagging, testing, and record keeping;
- Review test results to ensure they meet buyer requirements and highlight any deviations immediately.
- Communicate test results and highlight any quality issues to the relevant departments.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and buyer verification. Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure;
Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: textile testing, textile inspection, garment industry knowledge, garment manufacturing, technical knowledge of garment production, textile industry knowledge, garment production, knit garment manufacturing, fabric testing, apparel sourcing
