About the role
Our client is a leading industry association representing Singapore’s entertainment and experience sector. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of Singapore’s attractions industry, influence policy, and lead meaningful collaboration across public and private sectors—while building a financially sustainable and high-impact organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the organisation’s multi-year strategy, aligned with national tourism priorities
- Position the organisation as a leading voice in the attractions sector and advise stakeholders on key trends and opportunities
- Lead industry advocacy and represent members in engagements with government and regulatory bodies
- Drive member engagement, retention, and value through structured platforms and initiatives
- Develop and deliver impactful industry programmes and multi-stakeholder partnerships
- Build and execute a sustainable revenue strategy, securing sponsorships, partnerships, and funding
- Ensure strong financial management, governance, and operational excellence
- Lead and develop the Secretariat, and serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee
Requirements:
- Senior leadership experience in associations, tourism, hospitality, or related sectors
- Proven track record in revenue generation and partnerships
- Experience working with government and multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
- Experience engaging Boards or Executive Committees
