About the role
The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the facility. This role sets standards of excellence to ensure success by aligning key business and people strategies, practices, and processes to ensure a productive environment that drives positive business results and meets or exceeds key performance indicators.
- Bonus program eligible based on the achievement of key performance indicators
Education: Associates Degree in Business or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred
Years of Experience: Two years of supervisory experience required. Healthcare experience preferred
License: License required according to state regulations
