We are looking for Excutive Chinese Chef As Executive Chinese Chef, We Rely On You To
- Lead the Chinese & Banquet Culinary operation team
- Ensure delivery of the highest standard of food quality and manage food cost in consistant manner
- Be responsible for the menu planning and development, theme events and regular reviews of existing menu cycle
- Train / coach and provide leadership to Shang Palace & Banquet Culinary team
- Maximise profitability of the outlet
- Control both in food cost and quality
- Preserved high standard of Food Safety Compliance as per company standard
- Lead the team to new height, strive for michelin star recognition
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Has experience working in similar Luxury Chain Hotel
- Proficient in English and Mandarin both in written and spoken
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia
- Committed to serving food of the highest quality
- Innovative and setting new benchmark
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Enjoys being creative with an eye for detail
- Enjoys planning, organising and problem solving
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
- Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
