Leading the culinary team at a premier kosher steakhouse in Toronto, the Executive Chef is responsible for enhancing the dining experience through innovative menu creation and effective kitchen management. Responsibilities

• Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and mentorship to foster skill development and teamwork.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
