2. About the Opportunity : The Executive Assistant, Revenue Leadership serves as a critical support role for sales leaders, ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of the revenue organization. This role drives key organizational rhythms and logistics, enabling sales leaders to focus on revenue growth by managing complex tasks and follow-through across multiple sales teams.
3. Responsibilities :
- Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and offsite event logistics, including venue booking, travel arrangements, catering, and event execution.
- Coordinate the operating rhythm for three sales organizations by consolidating agendas, managing guest speakers, tracking meeting outcomes, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Transform meeting notes into actionable items and drive completion of next steps.
- Protect and manage leaders’ calendars, handle expense processing, and coordinate meeting logistics to maximize leadership productivity.
- Support creation of strategic materials and communications to aid leaders, such as drafting outreach and managing OKR accountability processes.
4. Requirements :
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics across overlapping projects without errors.
- Strong follow-through skills with a proactive approach to closing loops.
- Effective written communication skills capable of drafting agendas, briefings, and outreach in leadership voice.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or managing programs in fast-paced sales, go-to-market, or startup environments.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information including calendars, compensation, recruiting, and deal details.
- Proficiency with modern go-to-market technology tools such as Slack, calendar and inbox management, CRM, and meeting notes, with an aptitude for using AI tools.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package :
- The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 USD per year, location independent.
- Meaningful equity compensation is offered in the form of ISO options, including early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
