I’m helping FIX ALL APPLIANCE REPAIR find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Executive Assistant & Dispatcher (English/Russian) .

You will drive operational efficiency by integrating AI tools into our customer support workflow.

Compensation:

USD 800 - 1.5K/month

Location:

Remote: Argentina

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You are proficient in Short Message Service (SMS), Google Workspace, Executive assistance, Dispatch coordination, Customer support.
  • English - Fully fluent
  • Russian - Conversational

About Us:

  • We are a growing appliance repair company in Oregon, USA, looking for a bilingual Executive Assistant & Customer Support Specialist to become a key member of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls in English.

  • Schedule appointments and manage technicians’ calendars.

  • Reply to SMS, emails, and online messages.

  • Keep customer records organized.

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks.

  • Support the business using AI tools like ChatGPT.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Russian.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Organized, responsible, and proactive.

  • Comfortable with computers, Google Workspace, and online tools.

  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.

  • Customer service or dispatch experience is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Monday–Friday.

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time, USA).
