- About the Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant*provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership. This role is critical for ensuring efficient communication and coordination within the executive office. The position requires managing complex calendars, organizing meetings and travel, and handling confidential information to support smooth operations and strategic initiatives.
- Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and organize event logistics.
• Prioritize time-sensitive matters to ensure executives are prepared and informed.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research and provide data analysis to aid decision-making.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Collaborate with teams and department heads to facilitate communication and project coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of executive-level administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Experience supporting C-level executives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Suite productivity tools.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive and independent problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse groups.
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000.
• Final compensation will depend on knowledge, skills, and abilities.
