Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking curious, outcome-focused engineers with a product mindset for a high-visibility initiative. This role involves building and deploying production-ready, AI-powered services using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering tangible results and solving practical, real-world problems. This role has good potential for full-time conversion.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and deploy production-ready, AI-powered services using Generative AI.
· Work as a strong backend engineer on the GenAI stack.
· Focus on delivering outcomes and tangible results rather than just output.
· Demonstrate a product-oriented mindset by understanding and explaining the business case behind technical work.
· Engage in unit and functional testing to ensure code quality.
· Collaborate effectively with the team and articulate technical concepts.
Required Qualifications
· Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
· Proficiency in unit and functional testing.
· Some experience coding with AI.
· Ability to work onsite in Bentonville 4 days per week, with an initial allowance for relocation time.
· Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Full-stack experience, specifically with React.
· Experience from a product-focused company.
