Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of event production, including stage design, lighting, sound, AV, and technical requirements
- Develop and meticulously manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, artists, and technical crews to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee on-site event operations, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure a smooth experience for attendees and talent
- Develop detailed production schedules and run sheets, communicating effectively with all involved parties
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations for all events
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Event Production Manager or in a similar event management role, preferably within Arts & Entertainment
- Strong understanding of event logistics, technical production elements (AV, lighting, staging), and project management methodologies
- Excellent budget management and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
