Event Planner

About This Role

This role is for an Event Planner who will support the Head of Business Development in growing the company's affiliate and promotional partnership program. The planner will be responsible for managing the strategic partner process from onboarding and asset delivery to event execution and post-event renewals, focusing on driving affiliate revenue and qualified appointments. It suits someone who thrives in execution and is motivated by growth, results, and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage launch calls and run-throughs for live partnership events
• Coordinate with the marketing team on key assets (emails, landing pages, follow-up sequences)
• Test, manage, and deliver all partner-facing promotional materials
• Track registration and revenue goals to ensure event success
• Lead post-event debrief calls and capture lessons learned
• Renew existing partners, especially those that do not require new negotiation
• Identify evergreen opportunities and grow recurring revenue per partner
• Manage invoices and commissions in partnership with the Finance Team
• Ensure on-time commission payouts and performance bonuses
• Send partner appreciation gifts and touchpoints to keep morale high
• Take administrative and coordination tasks off the Head of Business Development's plate
• Act as an executive assistant when needed to help move deals forward faster

Requirements

• Experience with Hubspot and CRM or pipeline management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with coordinating between departments and keeping stakeholders on track

• Sales, operations, or assistant background
• Previous experience in event planning or partnership/affiliate management
