Event Planner

About This Role

Bringing people together and creating memorable events is the core of this role at Living Gems. The Event Planner will take the lead in planning and coordinating events that showcase the company's resorts, people, and projects, from open days and festivities to corporate functions and team celebrations. This hands-on and varied role suits a creative, organised, and proactive individual who thrives on details and enjoys making ideas come to life.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver events across resorts, construction sites, and corporate offices, including Open Days, Christmas parties, corporate functions, and team events
• Coordinate event logistics such as venues, catering, entertainment, suppliers, equipment, invitations, and event set up
• Develop engaging event concepts that reflect the LG brand and create memorable experiences for employees, residents, and potential buyers
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Team, People & Culture, and site teams to ensure everyone is prepared and working towards the same plan
• Oversee event deliveries, managing multiple events and deadlines

Requirements

• Experience in event planning, event coordination, or a similar role
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence coordinating suppliers, venues, budgets, and event logistics
• A creative mindset and ability to come up with fresh ideas
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to attend events outside standard business hours when required, including weekends
