Event Planner

About This Role

This role involves the operational organization of corporate events, both at the company's headquarters and at other locations in Naples. The Event Planner will also be responsible for welcoming and managing the logistics for guests traveling from outside the city.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize corporate events, meetings, and initiatives at the company's headquarters and other locations in Naples
• Coordinate the reception of guests and participants, managing schedules, company visits, and organizational needs
• Organize transfers, travel, accommodation, and other necessary services for guests' stays
• Manage relationships with hotels, transport companies, suppliers, accommodation facilities, and location contacts
• Conduct site inspections and supervise the logistical and organizational aspects of events
• Coordinate operational activities during events, intervening to manage any unforeseen circumstances
• Monitor deadlines, bookings, and activities, maintaining constant liaison with management

Requirements

• Experience in event organization, corporate hospitality, the MICE sector, hotel management, or destination management
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and planning skills
• Operational autonomy, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of the English language; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the area and to work flexible hours according to event needs
