About This Role
This role is for an ambitious, detail-oriented, multilingual Event Marketing Manager to join an agency team, supporting major clients. The manager will be at the center of high-impact corporate events, acting as the face of a global tech brand and creating memorable customer experiences across Europe. This year, the team is running a high-profile expansion of events across five key markets: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
Responsibilities
- Lead smooth end-to-end event production, serving as the primary face of the brand to deliver an elevated experience for attendees and key client stakeholders
- Coordinate vendor sourcing, venue management, run-of-show schedules, AV/tech setups, and seamless execution for B2B roadshows, trade shows, and virtual/in-person conferences
- Serve as a core day-to-day point of contact for internal agency leads, client stakeholders, and external suppliers
- Monitor event budgets, vendor invoices, and post-event analytics (lead conversion, attendee engagement, and ROI reporting)
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, event marketing, or agency account coordination
- Fluent English plus at least one of German, French, Italian or Spanish at business level
- Proven track record executing complex B2B corporate events, trade shows, or roadshows with a strong focus on customer experience
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and vendor negotiation skills
- Flexibility to manage logistics across international time zones
- Able and willing to travel frequently for work across the UK and European countries (e.g., Germany, France, Italy, Spain) to run on-site events
- 3 years of events management experience
- Work authorisation: United Kingdom
