Event Coordinator

About This Role

Managing national and international corporate events from offer to operational coordination and conclusion is the core of this role. The Event Coordinator will serve clients of the A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel and other properties within the LDC Group.

Responsibilities

• Manage national and international corporate requests for A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel and other Group properties
• Prepare and send commercial offers, negotiate, and confirm events
• Organize and conduct site inspections with clients
• Draft contracts, service orders, and manage post-event invoicing
• Plan and operationally coordinate events, ensuring a personalized and high-level experience
• Collaborate constantly with the Operations, Revenue, Food & Beverage, and Front Office departments for the successful execution of events

Requirements

• Degree (preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Economics, or related disciplines)
• 3–5 years of experience in the events sector, preferably in a hotel environment
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and customer orientation
• Aptitude for teamwork and excellent communication skills
• Operational autonomy, flexibility, proactivity, and availability to work flexible hours
