Event Coordinator

About This Role

An Event Coordinator plans, organizes, and executes various events, ensuring excellent client service and seamless operations. This role focuses on coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver successful events and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of corporate, social, and special events
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure all event requirements are met
• Prepare event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs)
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to promote event facilities
• Monitor event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Events Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in the hotel or resort industry
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure
