Event Coordinator

About This Role

This role involves coordinating high-quality events, from seminars and webinars to social functions and conferences, ensuring alignment with the firm's brand and values. The Event Coordinator will support the Senior Marketing & Events Coordinator within the dynamic Business Development, Marketing, Events & Communications (BDMEC) team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firm’s event schedule and maintain the events calendar for all client events
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics including venue research aligned with event requirements and budget, venue bookings, catering, AV needs, invitations, run sheet preparation, support event execution and post-event administration
• Track and report on event performance metrics and enhance event quality by streamlining and improving processes

• Support marketing and communications initiatives, including general administrative tasks

Requirements

• Prior events experience in a legal, professional services, or corporate setting is highly regarded
• Organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering standout event experiences with strong planning and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Confident managing multiple events with composure and efficiency
• Experience in supplier coordination, budget management, and negotiation are ideal
